Biochemical Immunology Laboratory
The laboratory is equipped with Roche Cobas 8000 fully automatic biochemical immune integrated serum analysis system, Roche cobas p701 biological sample post-processing system, Siemens IMMU-LITE 2000 fully automatic chemiluminescence instrument, Beckman AU680 fully automatic biochemical analyzer, and Siemens BNII fully automatic Specific protein analyzer, Runda Kangxiang MQ-6000 fully automatic high-pressure liquid phase glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer, microplate reader, fully automatic plate washer, Class II biological safety cabinet and other equipment. Roche's fully automatic biochemical and immune integrated serum analysis system is currently the most advanced biochemical and immune integrated blood workstation system in the world. All indicators have reached the world's first-class level, and the analysis system is known for its accurate and reliable results. The MQ-6000 fully automatic high-pressure liquid-phase glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) analyzer can achieve 70 seconds/test, and has the characteristics of fast speed and high accuracy. Testing items include liver and kidney function, blood sugar, blood lipids, electrolytes, myocardial enzyme spectrum, glycosylated hemoglobin, specific proteins, tumor markers, thyroid function, sex hormones, bone metabolism, protein electrophoresis and drug concentration testing.
